Keto Cream Sauce

A silky, restaurant-quality cream sauce thickened with Crave Xanthan Gum instead of flour — zero carbs, full flavor. Works beautifully over chicken, pasta, vegetables, or as a base for any cream sauce.
Ingredients
- •2 tbsp unsalted butter
- •3 garlic cloves, minced
- •1½ cups heavy cream
- •½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- •¼ tsp Crave Pure Xanthan Gum
- •½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- •Salt and white pepper to taste
- •Fresh parsley or chives, to garnish
Instructions
- 1Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant — don't let it brown.
- 2Pour in heavy cream and broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- 3In a small bowl, whisk ¼ tsp Crave Xanthan Gum with 1 tbsp cold water to form a slurry.
- 4Whisk the xanthan slurry into the simmering cream mixture. The sauce will thicken within 1–2 minutes.
- 5Reduce heat to low. Stir in Parmesan until fully melted and smooth.
- 6Season with salt and white pepper. If the sauce is too thick, thin with a splash of broth.
- 7Serve immediately over chicken, zucchini noodles, vegetables, or steak.
